Reason2Buy outlines the following for returns and refunds:

Excluded items: Gift vouchers, promotional gifts,
and shipping charges are not eligible for returns, replacement, or warranties.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective products: Customers must
contact Reason2Buy immediately upon reception if a product is incorrect,
damaged, or defective.

Process: Customers can create a return
request by choosing the order with the issue. A Reason2Buy associate will then
connect to evaluate the issue. After evaluation, the customer packages the original
product with the invoice to hand over to the return personnel.

Refunds for bundled items: To get a full
refund, all items in a bundle must be returned. If discounted bundled items are
not returned, they will be considered a full-price purchase, and the refund
amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Conditions: The item must be returned unused,
as used items are not accepted for return. The return must be of the original
product.

Refund processing: After evaluation, a Reason2Buy
associate will connect via email or phone to get the customer's bank account
details. The refund is then initiated and completed by the end of the day.
