If your cart does not meet the above thresholds, standard shipping charges will be applied at checkout and displayed before payment.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In rare cases of stock unavailability, our support team will contact you for alternatives or refunds.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take longer.
Delays may occur due to courier service disruptions, strikes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing a tracking number and link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
Responsibility for Delivery
We take full responsibility for safe delivery until the order reaches the shipping address provided by you at checkout.
If a parcel is lost in transit, Kristore Enterprises will provide a 100% refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or if the customer fails to accept delivery, Kristore will not be held liable for the failed delivery.
